Am I overthinking or actually screwed? (methylphenidate + sertraline overdose)
Post Body

JUST TO CLARIFY IM NOT ENCOURAGING ANY HARMFUL BEHAVIOUR! just needing advice after impulsively doing something stupid, so i can see if im gonna be screwed or if im just overthinking n will be fine.

I take 40mg medikinet (extended release methylphenidate) and 50mg sertraline daily (im prescribed them for ADHD OCD). Idk why but I took 280mg medikinet 500mg sertraline. I've taken high doses before of both so my tolerance is high but im still paranoid lol. Also for context I'm 43kg, 18f, 162cm if that helps. I just need some advice on if I'm overthinking or actually screwed.

Previously ive had 700mg sertraline and 160mg medikinet and only had some symptoms (fast heart rate, dilated pupils, tiredness etc) but not anything too bad that needed medical attention. Also I tried THC for the first time yesterday ( had 4 hits) and i only had my regular dose (40mg 50mg) and i puked my guts out and could barely move, probably not cause my meds but more I had thc for the first time and had too much and i was fine after like 3hrs. Anyways the only reason I'm mentioning yesterday is cause considering I've taken a load of my meds, idk if me being sick yesterday might have messed my electrolytes up and it might make my symptoms worse today.

Essentially the reason for this is cause I'm anxious and would appreciate someone letting me know if I might actually be screwed this time. i'm a little scared of serotonin syndrome but ik it's unlikely, but more my heart rate cause my weight already messes with it, and i've taken higher doses of both before, but never this much together.

Side note, I took the dose at 10am, (280mg medikinet, 300mg sertraline) then another 200mg sertraline at 3.15pm, and ive not noticed anything troubling aside from headache and slightly fast heartrate which Isn't nearly as bad as it's been in the past so I should honestly be OK cause it's been hours n nothing too bads happened
