Long story short, I made a bad impulsive decision, took 400mg sertraline and 160mg medikinet (methylphenidate extended release) and i need some advice on if i'm incredibly fucked. My normal dose is 40mg medikinet and 50mg sertraline, although I have taken more in the past ( 200mg each) and nothing too bad happened aside from feeling really high and heart rate going mad. I know weight can factor in, so if this helps, I'm 43kg 162cm at 18 (female). I just need advice if I should actually do something (and also please don't judge I know what I did was stupid, I struggle with impulse control and self destructive behaviours and I'm currently getting help) Also this post is not to encourage this idiotic behaviour at all, it's already done and I just need to know how fucked I am.
