I've been experimenting for the last few months with taking varying doses of DXM, both with and without bupropion to stabilize its PKs as is being done in Auvelity (the antidepressant combination of said drugs). It seems there is a bit much information online about whether taking NMDA receptor antagonists are actually neurotoxic or not. I'm currently trying to go back to college and i have to be able to function well cognitively in order to succeed, so I'd really prefer to not be taking neurotoxins everyday if i can avoid it, lol.
TLDR: Is there anyone on here with any info on or studies about DXM and it's true effects on brain tissue/cognition?
