What would happen if I do shrooms after donating plasma?

I got a psychedelic chocolate bar I wanna take soon, but I also want to donate plasma. Would it affect the experience? I don’t really know how shrooms work but I know for other drugs your blood content can affect how it affects you.
It might be bad or it might be very cool and it’s definitely an adventure I want to take, I just don’t want to explode in the process. Any opinions help.
