Does 5-HTP cause a tolerance to mushrooms and LSD ?

Hello, I supplement usually around 100mg 5HTP everyday , and was wondering if this can cause a tolerance to LSD and shrooms? I wanted to eat some shrooms tonight , but worried it won’t hit as hard because I ate 5HTP this morning. When I look online, I see conflicting answers so it’s confusing. Should I just quit the 5HTP and wait a week to trip ? Or am I good to trip right now ? Also, will I have an increased tolerance to mushrooms since I had LSD 6 days ago? Thank you !
