If I eat a tab of lsd it takes 5 minutes for the first effects to show and 30 before they really manifest. Some people need to wait an entire hour for that to happen.

I’m especially confused how chewing up tilidin acts so quickly. I needs to be processed be the stomach and liver, then reach receptors. It happens all in 60 seconds.
