Advice on MDMA comeups not going so well for me

Hey guys I’ve been a responsible MDMA user for some time now. However I feel like I’m getting worse with comeups, I always feel super sick, and always end up spewing or literally get the worse stomach pain , I thought weed helped me at one stage now it dosent really matter. Sometimes I do mix my drugs such as alcohol and cocaine so lmk if that’s the issue But other than that I always take immodium everytime I take it and still struggle with come ups
