Been rolling the last 5 years; I space it out to only 2-3 times a year at the max. Haven't rolled since September 2023 but wanting to for March at an event so I wanted to ask now; (I usually take 130mg once, no redose, just smoke off a weed vape after to keep me going, but gonna go back to 120mg)

My question is this: I usually do the 120MG in one shot and I'm golden for at least 6-8 hours because my metabolism is kinda slow; would it be better/safer to take 60MG, then another 60MG an hour later; or just take 120mg in one go like I've been doing?

It usually takes me about an hour and a half - 2 hours to start feeling anything (always has, shit metabolism); would the 60MG spaced out be a better roll then taking 120MG in one shot? For reference I'm kind of a big dude, 5'5", 240 pounds. Friends I have that roll with me have said I could try 150MG but I'm weary because I get bad anxiety about MDMA, specifically in the come up about my heart racing or blood pressure increasing (I don't think it does anymore then normal/others, but, anxiety) Would taking 2 doses spaced out help with the feeling or anxiety; and would it be 'safer' in general then just taking one large dose?

Also unsure, I have heard of taking 5HTP before / after but never tried. The person who first rolled and used to roll with me every time was an ex but we are no longer together and they never brought 5htp up so I am unsure of where or who to ask (hence this fun throwaway account) so I am curious as to what I SHOULD be doing to be the safest possible. (Also should note, I drink about 2 bottles of water during my roll, and try to eat something a few hours before hand then take Tums on the come up, never vomited during any rolls)

My new partner doesn't mind that I do this and watches over me when I have rolled so any tips for them on what to keep out watch for would be great as well! They don't have interest in anything like this, they just want to be my sitter and make sure I am 100% throughout the roll.
