Today did Oxycodone for the first time, can I do it again tomorrow?

Hello,

Today I tried ER oxycodone, 40mg, did half a pill, 30 minutes later crushed half pill, and 30 minutes later did another half crushed pill.

The thing is, it was hours ago and I feel it ver very low, I don't know if it is because I didn't do it in an only dose and there is a fast tolerance.

I don't know about how the tolerance on opiates build, but, could I do tomorrow 40-60mg at once to feel a "real" high of oxy or would it be a waste?

What is the usual time to wait between dose and dose to not have a significative tolerance?
