I’m 21F, I’ve been dealing with chronic anxiety and depression for years. I’ve been diagnosed, I’ve done treatments, and on SSRIs. I’m interested in getting benzodiazepines. Well I’ve done them before obviously non prescription and I once had a temporary prescription as well in high school for anxiety. I’m pretty sure my doctor isn’t aware of my substance abuse history, but I’m wondering since I have legitimate anxiety attacks if I can get a benzo script? Like what do I say to not sound like a fiend. I can’t do street pills anymore, just lost a coworker to them. It’s too risky in my area.
