Is a J/Spliff/Blunt a day considered excessive smoking?

i smoke a J (and/or spliff/blunt) once a day. I spark in the morning and finish it off later on in the day.
I think i have stomach ulcers and iām hoping my food diet is the reason and not my smoking habits bc i know my eating and smoking habits (is it possibly the tobacco in the blunts/spliffs?) are both not the greatest. a change in diet i can do but giving up weed on the other hand?????
anyways gonna smoke this spliff and head over to urgent care. much luv <3
