Any non-HoA residential builders in the DFW region?

Like the title says, I’m looking for a builder in the DFW area that doesn’t exclusively do HoA SFH’s.

Currently living up in Minnesota, looking to move down south to Dallas, maybe Austin.

Thanks for reading and any help!

Edit: my budget is up to 1.5 mil and ideally in a nice area south of Dallas proper (Not married to it, just cutting down on drive times a bit to Austin). I’ve visited DFW a good bit, but I have never lived in the area so recommendations on “nice places to live” for young professionals would be great as well. My local friends are also basically useless at giving recommendations on places to live 😭.
