My home is rented out and my tenants let me know that some plumbing items need attention.
I have been burned by a company already and want some recommendations before losing more money.
Does anyone have a reputable plumber that I can contact to do an assessment, complete the work, fairly charge for their time.

A few months ago, a friends tenants mentioned that something was wrong with the dishwasher fix a door that wasnât closing because of house settling.
They hired a âproâ (All -in -One - Handyman) and they charged $1000 to fix the dishwasher and sand the doors. They also said they wanted to do additional work on the sink pipes, as they identified issues when checking the dishwasher.
Fast forward one week, the tenants tell my friend the dishwasher wasnât fixed, in spite of the company telling them that all was good. The company then said âwe are not appliance repair and donât fix dishwashersâŚâ
They did refund $200 dollars after several weeks of back and forth. But my friend and me, are traumatized by the dishonesty of certain orgs.
