Hi!
I’m an 18 year old male who recently got braces put on (roughly 3 months ago) and have been having trouble brushing them thoroughly. Last night I went to bed and my teeth were fine, but I have woken up this morning and my front teeth have gained a kind of white border just along the very bottom of them, which I’ve come to learn is due to demineralisation I believe.
I am stressing a bit about this because it it very noticeable and it’s in my front teeth which makes it 10x worse. I am wondering if there is any way to reverse or even treat this.
Do not smoke never have and drink rarely
