Advice for paying for dental things

Post Body

Okay, so I am currently in the process of getting implants

However, I was told I have 60% ish or so bone loss in my bottom left jaw and bottom right, and that I would need a bone graft to prevent the teeth there to fall out.

However, in total for both sides, I would be paying $9800 OUT OF POCKET..

I literally cant, like.

Im struggling so hard (Im only 19)

I've been up for the past 3 days just working my ass off, to just scrape by enough funds to pay for all of this.

Does anyone have any advice for what I should do?
(I want to get the bone grafts done by next month as I get paid to begin the procedure, but I just want to know if theres anything else I should know before paying this full amount)
