I had my wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago

It has been two weeks since I had my wisdom teeth removed, I had two pulled from the top of my mouth and two impacted teeth cut out on the bottom. I have noticed that there are two firm/hard lumps on both bottom sides of my mouth, they dont blatantly hurt and I was curious how long it will take for them to go away or If I should schedule to see my surgeon to make sure everything is kosher, can anyone help me out?
