For lingual braces, is it possible to put a Pontic tooth in?

Post Body

I’m looking to get implants as I’m missing my 2 incisors that are next to my tooth front teeth. I talked with the surgeon and he said that I would have to get braces bc one of the areas where the tooth isn’t there doesn’t have enough space. I really don’t want to get regular braces so I was wondering if lingual braces would be a possibility for my situation.
