Hello,
Back in late May, I noticed my gums starting to bleed. At the time my dental routine was pretty poor, so I changed it. I sent from brushing and mouthwash once a day, to brushing and mouthwash between meals, changing the mouthwash to one designed to help with gingivitis.
That didn't work, and the dentist recommended I go foot a tooth cleaning, and maybe aim my toothbrush slightly upwards to help remove the plaque. I am currently saving up money to do so. But until then just seek advice. Sometimes a particular part of my gum bleeds, then it stops. Only to start again later on a couple of days later.
Often if I aim my toothbrush awkwardly, it causes bleeding. I'm not sure if perhaps my toothbrush is too hard, my gums are bad or something else.
Any advice while I wait and save up for the dentist would be perfect. Thanks.
