Hey so I went in for a debridement just this past Wednesday at my dentist. Had to get it done, covid kinda made me hesitant to get in for a cleaning and we'll I needed to get a deep clean done. First time doing it however and my gums and teeth are so sensitive to the point it's getting painful. I'm sure it's likely due to the process of digging inside the gum line. I've tried orajel both the mouthwash and the gel and the relief is great but it's so short lasting. Is there a better alternative anyone might know? I sent an email to my office but it probably won't be answered until Monday when they open back up and I could really use some help here
