Tiny pit on side of tooth - cavity
Post Body

Hi I’m 20, I don’t smoke or drink, and I’ve never had a cavity before, but I have a small one on the side of a lower molar that my dentist said was small and it was in a natural pit. He said I brush well, and it wasn’t my fault, just the way the tooth was formed cause bacteria to get trapped. He said the cavity was minor enough he didn’t even think he needed to numb me. I’m just a bit nervous about it since I don’t know what the procedure will be like. Could anyone walk me through it or explain it to me, please?
