I got temporary dental crowns on teeth 4 & 5. I had root canals on them so crowns were my best and only option. Though, I am terrified of them falling out while speaking or eating. I know not to eat on that side. I bought denture cream incase they do but wow my teeth are really gone! And I have to get 12 and 13 done as well, so I’m just a bit overwhelmed. Then there’s the permanent crowns, what if those eventually fall off and I’m left toothless until it could be fixed? I’m turning 21 in a few days and I’m very anxious about it all. I just don’t want to have to worry about my teeth falling out and denture cream and things like that. I’m so young. If anyone has any advice or soothing comments I’d really appreciate it, as I’m losing my mind trying to stop myself from falling into an overthinking depressive episode…
