I usually don't floss that hard. While I was flossing, I did it too hard. It didn't hurt or anything while I was flossing, but I know it was definitely rougher and faster than I usually do
After that my gum started hurting slightly and then I kept pressing it with my finger and tongue and it hurts even more, is red and swollen. The pain scale out of 10 would be around 3 if I press with my tongue
I'm doing salt water gargles
I'm scared this might be very dangerous and spread to my entire mouth and brain ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Please advice me, I'm very scared
Thank you so much
