Hey y'all I just wanted your expert advice on this: is it a good idea to cultivate bacterial strains that are shown to compete with bacteria like Streptococcus mutans, brush to disrupt all that biofilm in your mouth, and then just leave a probiotic mixture like that in your mouth for a while? Or maybe after brushing and flossing for the night, swish the mix and swallow?
Originally I thought of using yogurt as I've been growing patented strains of bacteria with yogurt (gotta a pot of the L. reuteri Osfortis brewing right now actually) instead of buying them, but I suspect that the acidity of the yogurt probably fucks with your enamel pretty hard just like orange juice or what happens with bulimics.

^relevant link from high impact journal that a lay person pulls up after skimming the abstract and methods because they think it'll support their point.
Thanks a bunch, I would love diving into the nitty gritty of it if you guys are willing, I love the biohacking stuff and expanding my knowledge base is really nice.
