No advice on what food to eat?(Wisdom teeth)

Got my wisdom teeth removed this morning. Only question I had for the dentist was asking what food I should/shouldn't eat. She said that there were no restrictions, and I should just eat whatever feels comfortable. Everything I've seen says otherwise(no solids for first two days, etc). Thoughts?
