help! it hurts to move my lip when i do it on a certain way and i see this on my gums/ the tissue in my mouth

Nad, I don’t drink or smoke, no medical issues. Had this for about a week and i think it may be oral thrush but i’m not quite sure. How can i get rid of this and treat it? any help would be much appreciated thanks!
