hi 👋🏾 okay so im (20M) kinda panicking right now. a few days ago i gotten a toothache on a molar that has actually died out, from a few years ago, to the point where it's broke and fell apart. now, within a 24 hour period, that toothache has gotten so horrible that i tried to schedule an emergency dental appointment for myself. at the time, they asked for a charge up front, and for this being my first time scheduling an appointment for anything, i didn't know I had to pay right away so my mom took me to the emergency room. they prescribed me some penicillin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen for the pain and to possibly relieve any infection that may be there.

fast forward a few days later to about two nights ago, my abscess had popped and i drained all i could so now there's an empty hole in its place that occasionally fills with what im assuming is air(?) since I still push out whatever i can and it just has bubbles--- anyway, ive been taking my antibiotics and medicine up to this point but, im beginning to feel a strange pressure sensation almost tingling feeling in my ear, the back of my neck, and around my head and the first thing i thought was "holy sh*t this spread to my brain." now I gotta say, im freaking the hell out because i don't know if it's just a nerve thing or if it's actually part of the infection but I really don't know what to do...

TL;DR, about a week ago i had a toothache, saw a doctor, got antibiotics, popped my abscess, and now im beginning to feel a weird tingling throughout my neck up to my head after just a couple days of it popping.
