Post Body

Firstly, not to use it as an excuse or anything but I have ADHD and sometimes I simply canā€™t bring myself (or just forget) to brush my teeth, sometimes for days. I recently got a job and thatā€™s given me the ā€œdriveā€ to brush my teeth every day. The thing is, every time I brush my teeth I get ulcers in my mouth and tongue the next day. This also happened when I would brush my teeth after a day/a few days of not doing it and went back to being fine when I didnā€™t brush. I could only assume it was my toothpaste, so I switched from Colgate to sensodyne but itā€™s still happening. Does anyone know what this is? Is there a certain toothpaste I should try? Itā€™s almost at the point where Iā€™d rather just not brush my teethā€¦ these ulcers are so annoying and painful
