Hey all I hope everyone is having a good day. I've been rather obsessive over this condition for a while now and I've come upon a question I wonder if anyone can clarify.
Periodontal disease is a non curable condition that can only be treated with various non surgical and surgical methods to help mitigated the damage done on bone and gum tissue. That said however in my reading I've noticed many articles are worder in such a way to alude to some cases becoming fully heald. Sentences such as " it is not usually possible to reverse the date caused by periodontal disease"
I'm not looking for false hope and am being diligent myself to not let this progress further than it has. I'm young and realy don't want to lose teeth before I'm a proper adult/elder however yhat working hasn't ceased to intrigue me. Does anyone know why these government, clinical and dental office oriented websites are being careful with their wording like this? Have there been a few outlier cases that have somehow reverted back to a healthy state?
