This gum behind my molar randomly started getting barely tender…Bruxism?

So recently I believe I burned my upper right mouth on hot tea (doh!). This back left gum near my molar randomly got slightly sensitive (nothing painful) but it just seemed like a flap or something.
I have an appt on the 21st but figured I’d ask here if it looks like anything specific? I also realize I clench my teeth at night so not sure if this is common to occur…
