Wisdom teeth causing unbearable pain, but im on vacation..

As the title states,im in tremendous pain. My wisdom tooth on my left side is pushing upward on my gum, causing my whole left side of my face to hurt and my ear to ache as well. Ibuprofen was helping for a while but now no pain meds take the pain away at all. I’m currently trying ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Only thing that temporarily soothes it, is a sip of water.. I can’t get to a dentist here where im at and I won’t be home for another 8 days. What can I do to relieve the pain? It hurts to eat as well, have to rinse with water after every few seconds
