How damaging is 1-2 cans of Diet Coke a day for your teeth?
I see my dentist every 6 months and have no issues with my teeth. I brush twice a day and floss. Other than buildup I have no known problems.
For the past several months I have been enjoying 1 355mL can of Diet Coke/Coke Zero.
How damaging is the 355 mL - 710 mL of Diet Coke for my teeth? If it’s going to cause problems I guess I’ll have to give up my soda treat.
