Gum/Tooth pain after cleaning

I haven’t had my bottom teeth cleaned in years, there was quite abit of build up on my gums, it’s been 2 weeks since my cleaning

Post wise, pain wasn’t bad, just sensitive back molars, on Saturday night I was eating chips for the first time in a while since the cleaning, now since Sunday afternoon (Monday today) My front bottom teeth are in so much pain, on and off, Tylenol and Ibuprofen won’t even touch it.

I have been flossing sometimes twice a day, brushing maybe 3 times a day even, keeping up on the hygiene 🪥

My gums don’t even look that swollen and they aren’t bleeding, it just sometimes a sharp/dull ache pain.
