Hello , I recently started to notice my tongue discoloration and got a little worried at first I was worried about the bumps on the back but I read they are taste buds or sum but they normal , now my concern it’s if the color of my tongue it’s normal it gets white towards the back where the papules are I started brushing my teeth / tongue 3 times a day morning afternoon and night before sleeping but the white in the back seems are to reach and when I do get it it seems to come back after I eat sum any advice or ideas what could it be ? no bad breath , no pain no other symptoms thank you so much
