Sinus pain after flossing?

Post Body
So I’m trying to get back into the groove of flossing, I have four crowns and when I flossed by one of them there’s been a very dull lingering sensation in the gums ever since. It did bleed, as I’m sure because I haven’t been flossing properly. But now it’s like flossing there gave me a headache / sinus pain. There’s pressure in my face and nose too
Does this make any sense?
