I had braces for around 5 years in my teens. I am now 24, and I've just stopped wearing my retainers due to them falling apart. My teeth seem to be moving back to their old spots gradually over the last couple weeks.

I do not drink, smoke or use any drugs!
I'm concerned my teeth will continue to move back to being crooked. I also need to get my wisdom teeth taken out at some point as they've been impacted for a long time... What should I do? Get my wisdom teeth out then start Invisalign or something? I don't want to lose my pretty smile!
