Thinking about buying a car with a salvaged title - can you help me gather more information?

I need a car immediately in order to get to work, but nothing over $5,000. So I'm going to get a car with a salvaged title. It has "bio hazard" in the service history. It's a gray 2014 Ford Fusion.

The VIN is 3FA6P0H79ER103941

Can anyone please help me find more information on this vehicle? I'm located in Southern California, I don't know if that helps. My sister knows a guy who buys salvaged cars, repairs & sells them.

I'm wondering about what happened to it. Please if you can, give me as much information as you can. I would appreciate it very very much.
