How soon can I refinance after getting a $500 graduation incentive?

Hi everyone, I just recently picked up a 22 Civic and I got the $500 graduation incentive but the catch is it’s only offered if financing through American Honda finance. The rate is at a 4.9%. I can get 3.75% at my local credit union, so how long do I need to wait before refinancing with them so I can keep the $500?
