Lease trading

Hi,
I have a 2018 Suburu Forester that is significantly under mileage currently and with one year left on the lease. Iām looking into putting it up on leasetrader or swapalease and having the lease taken over.
Do dealerships look down on this? Should I consult them first or not even tell them about it? Anything other details important to keep in mind?
Hopefully this is the right place to ask this, if not, any suggestions on where the right place is would be appreciated.
