Ford X-Plan Discount. Can it be combined with a dealer discount?

I was initially interested in the 2018 Lincoln Navigator and/or 2018 Ford Expedition. Lincoln and Ford are not offering any rebates or incentives. I found a dealership that has one I like. They said they could give me a $4,000 discount, but I later was able to get a X-Plan discount from a Ford employee (college roommate).
Can the dealer discount and X-Plan discount be combined?
