Got a job at Volkswagen

I work for a independent subprime dealership right now and it's not a bad gig. but last week I interviewed at a pretty big dealership and I'm just curious if it's a good move to make the switch to the Volkswagen dealership? The pay is 25% commission with a lot of minis paying anywhere from 200-560 depending on the extra products that I can sell! Been selling cars for 3 years with 1 year as a floor manager. Just a little torn
