Should my sister buy a 2009 328i off of a friend

So my sister is looking to buy a car and one of her friends is looking to sell her 2009 328i. Her friend basically said my sister can just take over the payments and not have to put a down payments or anything. It has 42k and 2 years of warranty left. I'm assuming its in good condition. The car has 55 months at $370 left until its fully paid off. Is this a good deal?
