Hi guys,
I’m talks with a group to join them doing multi brand fleet sales. They asked me to put together a pay plan so they can look it over and while I’ve had many pay plans, I’ve never been in a position to make one.
I used ChatGPT with some parameters to create one and I wanted your guys feed back. I think it’s fair but I also don’t want to come off as greedy. I’m leaving a position that pays this much and I want to make sure I’m make the same money or more.
Any feedback back would be appreciated.
