Question for the pros

I'm currently looking at a '22 cherokee trailhawk brand new with a few option they are asking $36.5k. (834 miles) but still new for.financing reasons. It is the v6 model with tow package and a stupid sunroof. I feel it is priced high, by about $5k or $6k. Can I negotiate that much off if I ha e financing for 33k already. I figure tax and the fees and gap coverage and I have 2022 honda to trade with 5k equity( on the low end). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all
