Recently bought a 2004 Subaru forester xt trough a private sale. Seller provided with a bill of sale and title. However my mistake is not inspecting it, turns out he was not even the owner of the vehicle. The last signatures belong to a dealer as the last reasignee* he did not fill up the next spot. The title is in name of an owner that look like he got the car trough car for veterans. I am not sure what to do car is still pretty clean.vehicle was purchased in Denver Colorado. I have yet to go to the dmv I’m planning on going tomorrow any suggestions to what I can do?
