Austin, Texas. I am really tempted to leave a bad review for the sales person. Should I do it?

Post Body
So the dealership gave me a wonderful deal. 700 dollars off of the MSRP. But my experience with the sales person was not pleasant.
- When my phone was connected to the car, he would repeatedly try to call his phone number to get my phone number. When the call finally went through, he announced to me that he has my phone number. Since the dealership already had my phone number, I didn't react to it. But it felt super creepy.
- He was rude. He was commanding me to sit down. Come with him. He is old, so I didn't care much about it then.
- He was forcing me to fill out in my credit application that I worked at my previous job for 2 years instead of 1.5 years because he said that my credit application would be denied if it is less than 2 years or whatever. When I said I won't do it, he raised his voice. I told him I will walk away if he does things like this and he changed the form and left that field blank. I was stupid enough not to force him to correctly fill that field. When I was with the finance manager, the form have that field filled out at 27 months. I forced the finance manager to change it. Later I followed it up with the bank and they said they don't care about it.
- He was giving me a lot of bullshit information too. I wanted to pay the 3000$ down payment with my credit card. He said I can only pay 2500$ on a card in a matter of fact voice. He was acting like he was educating me about how this system works and all in a condescending voice. When I went to the finance manager, he let me pay all 3000$ on my card.
- He called me at least twice to ask me to fill out the Survey. I told him I didn't get it, because at that point I just didn't wanted to give him a bad review. I also didn't wanted to give him a positive one either. So I just decided not to write one for me.
- Then I went to the dealership again to buy a touch up paint pen. This guy gave me a crappy pen with dried up ink. I told him I want a new one and he ignored my request and kept on asking me about the survey. I told him I didn't get it. He was asking me to verify the email address in his system. Then he straight up asked me to login into my Gmail account on his computer. At this point I literally yelled "There is no chance in hell, I will show you my emails." Then he said "it's okay if you don't want to open your email on my computer you can show it to me on my phone." So I repeated "There is no chance in hell I am showing you my email." He got intimidated, took me to my car and started to halfheartedly applying the touch up paint pen on my car. Dragging into on the ground a few times to draw some ink. Finally got bored and gave me the ink pen and left. He then again started harassing me about the stupid survey. Telling me that he will get 300$ if I fill it out. Asking me if he has a problem showing me his email or if I didn't wanted to fill out the survey.
Update1: I decided not to fill out the survey as I did not wanted to hurt the dealership. I had a pleasant experience with the dealership. Instead I wrote the general manager of that dealership an email with my grievances.
