Long story short, I bought a 2020 Honda CR-V from a dealership. When I took possession, they only had one (of the two) fobs to give me. Told me to come back for the other. It's been two months later and I still don't have the replacement. Between my schedule and the service department's schedule, it's a huge PITA for me to get out there. Not to mention the time, gas, and tolls involved.
There's another Honda service center 5m up the road (vs. the 45m of the original dealership) and I'd prefer to get it done there. How should I approach this situation with the original dealership in getting this taken care of at my preferred location, at a minimal inconvenience to myself?
Edit: This is a Certified Pre-owned Honda vehicle. Both sets of keys fobs were promised and I have it in writing.
