This might be the worst payplan you guys have ever seen.

I attached the picture for reference.
$14 an hour plus the units listed above for a Kia dealer. Iām no longer in the industry but these sorts of payplans is why I never stayed in the industry. This Kia dealer also did not give spiffs.
