I bought a car and recently it had been marked as paid off and the title was being sent to me, but I had a few more payments on it. I have been a few months late with just late fees but I've been paying the monthly due amount every month and told them I'd pay off the late fees with my tax return. I contacted support and they weren't sure why asked if I had traded the car or made the payment and said they'd ask the payment team. I haven't received any other phone calls or emails about it yet and haven't seen a repo truck yet and that was about two weeks ago. I looked at my credit karma account and the account had been closed and marked as "Purchased by another lender". So now I'm extremely confused as to what I should do.
