How hard would it be to install a spoiler?

Hello,

I have been thinking about installing a spoiler for a long time and recently found this https://protuning.com/en/122955-stw-dtm-look-rear-trunk-spoiler-wing-for-bmw-e46-compact-hatchback

I know that stuff like this will take the cars retail value down and probably cause irreversible damage but that's not the concern.

How hard would it be to install it? Do I just drill a couple of holes and attach it or is there something more that I should know about the installation? The website really doesn't say much and I have never done it before.
