Does my 2019 ford ranger valve body electrical connection supposed to have transmission fluid in it?
Post Body

Ford Ranger 2019 10r80 transmission.

My transmission is slipping out of gears, not going into gear, slamming into gear, etc. etc. I changed out the valve body on it, I updated the solenoid shift strategy with forscan. The truck drive so much better for about 2 weeks. Not perfect but was way more drivable. Then it started the slipping again and is undriveable. My question is should there be transmission fluid in the electrical connector that the valve body plugs into? That’s the only thing I saw while changing valve body that I didn’t like. The truck will shift from 1 to 2 sometimes 3rd. But then slip and hunt gears till it slams into 6 then it just stays In 6 gear. It throws codes about stuck e valves and e friction plates
